The role
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help shape identities for growing B2B brands. You’ll work directly with our founder on projects like Energio, DayTech and Ergonomia, taking ideas from research and moodboards through to logo systems, brand guidelines, decks and collateral.
What you’ll do
- Develop logo, typography and colour systems grounded in each client’s strategy
- Build brand guidelines, pitch and proposal decks, social templates and print collateral
- Explore multiple directions, present your thinking and refine based on feedback
- Create mockups that show how a brand lives in the real world
- Work alongside our web team so brands carry through into Webflow or Framer sites
- Prepare clean, well-organised production files for clients and printers
What you’ll need
- A portfolio that shows strong typography, layout and identity work
- Fluency in Figma, plus Illustrator and Photoshop
- The ability to explain why a design works, not just how it looks
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfort presenting to clients
- Attention to detail and the drive to keep learning
Nice to have
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS or consulting brands
- Motion design or basic animation skills
- Some familiarity with Webflow or Framer
