Created by a group of industry veterans, Row One offers innovative ticketing solutions tailed to the needs of event organisers. Their ticketing platform supports events across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the United States, and is trusted by over 100 organisers globally.

With 99.99% historic API uptime and more than 200,000 tickets issued annually in 30+ countries, Row One is redefining how events are discovered, managed, and experienced.

Inspired by his experience sitting in Row One at Taylor Swift’s concert in Singapore, Remus Er saw the perfect name for his new venture. He called it Row One.

Row One empowers artists and fuels fan passion in Asia. They’re a team of music veterans, architects of unforgettable live music experiences. They leverage data to connect artists with hidden fan bases and maximize tour success. Together, they’re orchestrating an Asian music revolution, where every concert ignites a spark and every fan becomes part of the story. Row One Asia brought Madison Beer to Singapore in August 2024, marking the start of something bigger.

We designed the Web UI for Row One Asia to reflect their bold vision, capturing the energy of live music while building a platform that supports scale, clarity, and connection between artists and fans.

Outcome

Our approach focused on clarity, confidence, and momentum. We began by building the strategic foundation: clarifying purpose, audiences, and competitive position. There are two primary audiences: event organisers in need of a secure, feature-rich ticketing system, and event goers looking for trustworthy access to unforgettable experiences. Their mission was clear: eliminate scams, provide fast liquidity to organisers, and champion artists often overlooked by traditional promoters.

From there, we translated strategy into identity and experience. The design language positioned Row One as bold, reliable, and imaginative — built for business, grounded in data, but driven by emotion. A unified visual system, modern typeface, and energised colour palette created consistency across all 15 pages. The website’s architecture guided users from discovery to action with clarity and momentum, while hero sections, event showcases, and product storytelling captured the thrill of live music.

The result is a brand presence that feels confident and unmistakably Row One. It now stands as a unified platform, one that scales across artists, events, cities, and teams. Row One now communicates with a single voice and a singular purpose: bringing artists and fans closer together, one unforgettable night at a time.
